The guest room was soundproof and had a refrigerator, central heating and a work desk. The location in an extra comfy area was absolutely perfect and nice and there were a market and a bakery nearby. Set in 20 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were caring...

The street view from the guest room was fantastic. The location was excellent, with Circus Krone just a short stroll away.- It was close to the city center, the maxvorstadt neighborhood, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Clean, close to the center, for 60 euros for two for Munich is very good. For Germany, breakfast is good: omelette, slices of three kinds of sausages (surprisingly delicious), three kinds of cheese, muesli different, salad, tomatoes, cheri yogurt, slices of fresh pineapple, mango and something else, the juice, though one kind of orange, but good, coffee, though not from the coffee machine, but not bad.. in general, unexpectedly diverse, for 8 euros is very good (given that next to a cheap cafe under the fitness center one coffee costs 2.6 euros). There is underground parking for an extra 15 euros, very good.
there's no fume hood in the bathroom.

1) Location: tram stop right at the entrance to the hotel, 2 subway stops 5 minutes walk to the station on foot 15 minutes, across the street from the hotel - a cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast and coffee, right behind the cafe supermarket Liddle, where you can buy everything you need. 2) The price of accommodation is one of the lowest for a similar room with private bathroom close to the centre. 3) The staff is friendly, they speak different languages (personally heard German, English and French). The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. 4) Cleanliness.
1) The windows overlooked the road with tram tracks, which are quite loud, even at night. Sleeping under such conditions is difficult enough. If the windows are closed, trams are not heard at all - the sound insulation is excellent, but after a couple of hours it becomes unbearably stuffy in a small room. 2) Hot water did not flow from the tap in the sink. Whereas hot water was flowing from the shower without any problems. In general, the main thing is that there is hot water in the shower, so it is not such a serious disadvantage.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Munich for a short visit and I must say it was a good value for money. The hotel had a great connection to the Olympiastadion, where I attended a concert, and it was conveniently located close to the main station. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to purchase sodas late at night when we were thirsty. The breakfast, although an additional cost, was decent and provided a good start to the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Quiet, very close (1/2 minute) to the tramway station, very nice staff, very clean, good basic breakfast, very well placed for getting out to all directions (city center, central train station, airport, touristic attractions), in a word excellent bang for the buck.
Next time I'd like to see there air conditioning.

The hotel was OK... but not luxury. Staff were very helpful and they had a good breakfast buffet. TV had a built in DVD player. Good room rate so close to city centre.
Single room was very small and noisy from about 5:30 am due to traffic and trams as it faced the street.
